In September, October, and November, several females have been approached from behind and fondled by an unknown male. The suspect is described as a possible Hispanic male, in his 30s. He was approximately 5 feet 6-8 inches tall, with an average build. The suspect possibly had a beard or goatee.
The women ranged in age from 15 to 42. Incidents have occurred on Erving and Hibbling Streets, Metropolitan Center Drive, and Springfield Boulevard. Times ranged throughout the day.
Police representatives will be at the upcoming SCA meeting on November 20 to discuss the case and how to stay safe.
